LunarFest Trivia

What does the Lunar New Year mean to you?

LunarFest is launching its first-ever trivia game on Granville Island. Take a walk around the island and visit the fantastic stores from arts, crafts, food, and more to find the questions on the sky lanterns. Answer enough of them correctly, and get the chance to claim a special prize at the LunarFest hub (Ocean Artworks)!

How to Play

  1. Get a trivia answer card from the LunarFest hub at Ocean Artworks.
  2. Go on a hunt for trivia questions in stores across Granville Island! Check the map for the locations of all 20 questions.
  3. Find the trivia questions on our Sky Lanterns.
  4. Write down your answers on a trivia card, matching with the corresponding lantern number. Only 1 answer per question.
  5. Return to Ocean Artworks after you’ve filled in your card for the chance to win a prize!
